Our story
Nextgen Training and Consultancy Ltd was founded by people who've spent their careers on UK sites and in utility yards. We saw training delivered in a way that disrupted live projects, so we built a delivery model that works around the realities of the work: tight programmes, dispersed sites and shifting headcounts.
Today our network of accredited instructors and assessors covers every region of the UK. We work with tier-1 contractors, civils specialists, utility providers and SME trades — delivering everything from single-day refreshers to multi-day specialist tickets.
Every course is mapped to a recognised awarding body — NRSWA, EUSR, NPORS, City & Guilds — and every certificate is uploaded to a central record you can audit at any time.
