Payment data: processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Site usage: IP, browser, pages viewed (analytics).

3. How we use it

To deliver training, certificates and ongoing compliance services.
To process payments, send receipts, and confirm bookings.
To send expiry reminders and service updates (you can opt out at any time).
To improve our website and services.

4. Lawful basis

Contract (delivering services you've booked), legitimate interest (improving our service, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing emails, optional cookies).

5. Sharing

We share data only with: awarding bodies (to issue certificates), payment processors (Stripe), email providers, and where legally required. We never sell your data.

6. Retention

Booking & training records: 7 years (for audit). Marketing data: until you opt out. Quiz results & certificates: indefinitely (for verification).
