Refund Policy

Training courses

• 14+ days notice: 100% refund or free reschedule.
• 7–13 days: 50% refund or free reschedule.
• Under 7 days / no-show: no refund.

Online courses

Refundable within 14 days of purchase only if no lessons have been completed and the final assessment has not been attempted.

Documents (one-off)

Due to the digital nature, document purchases are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have not downloaded the file within 7 days, contact us for a full refund.

Document Library subscription

Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

How to request a refund

Email sales@nextgentrainingandconsultancy.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days back to the original payment method.
