1. The agreement

These terms apply when you book training, purchase a document, or subscribe to our document library.

2. Bookings & payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at point of booking via Stripe. Booking is confirmed once payment is cleared and you receive an email confirmation.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

• 14+ days before training: full refund or free reschedule.
• 7–13 days: 50% refund or free reschedule.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund (one reschedule may be permitted at our discretion).
• If we cancel: full refund or alternative date.

4. Online courses & documents

Online course access is granted once payment is received. Certificates are issued automatically on passing. Document downloads are licensed to your company for internal use only — redistribution is prohibited.

5. Subscriptions

The Document Library subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
